We are about to start our learning on Speeches in Rimu. When I heard this I … Freaked out because I do not like standing in front of everyone

Before we started, we had a task to do to visualise ourselves doing well. We used goggle drawings to create these images. Mine is down below. It is my 'dream' for how it will go and to make sure I stay positive

The hardest part for me during speeches is going to be… Standing up and talking to others because sometimes I do not like talking in front of other

The easiest part is going to be... listening to others when I am done

I chose these tips for myself because… I always get a little bit nervous when we do speeches.

What I learnt from this was that if you start small it makes it easier to keep going.

Why don't you try the 1 percent every day strategy?

YMS Cross Country 2020

How are you?
Today I am blogging about the YMS cross country we did on the 21st July. I came 3rd, that is still good for me though. I might be going to zones. The Year 6 group's cross country was a distance of 2.1 kms. We ran around the Yaldhurst Domain (down the road) once and the YMS big field 3 times. I loved it because I tried my hardest and came in a good place. If I do go to zones I will prepare by running around like in my sports such as soccer.

In Cybersmart we have been learning about who owns the images online this is all about copyright we had to do a type of quiz that shows what we know about copyright but they were. We get photos in unsplash all of these photos are taken by people and they are not copyrighted there is a way you can use the images from google search the way is that you have to ask the person before you use it .Here is a link to Miss Morgan's who owns the images online . Also we had to do photo collage.

Miss Morgan Taught me how to not copyright and where to get some stuff that's not copyrighted from unsplash.

How are you?

Today I am blogging about my new blog look as you can see on my blog it looks a bit different. The day we did it was on Tuesday with Miss Morgan if you know you she is she comes to see my class every week you probably realised that it is every Tuesday. We had to get her help a little because when we tried it did not work. 

I liked the background that was the dance floor the most because it was colorful and I like color. The theme is cool to don't you think?

the biggest treehouse in the world

Today I am blogging about my book from the school library. It is called 13 storey treehouse, It is about 2 boys that are friends and there names are Andy and Terry they live in a giant treehouse. I have only read the back of the book it says -> Andy and Terry's 13-Storey treehouse is the most amazing treehouse in the world! It's got a bowling alley, a see through swimming pool, a tank full of man eating sharks, giant catapult, a secret underground laboratory and a marshmallow machine that follows you around and shoots marshmallows into your mouth whenever you're hungry.
