How Are you ?
Today my post is about Athletics for athletics there is High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put, and Discus. Every day my class and Year 5s and 4s do athletics practice we all go through different rotations every time we do a rotations we are getting better at the sport that we were doing. For Shot Put you put the Shot Put next to your ear and then throw. It is a little bit the same for Discus only because you have to throw it you put your fingers around it and the go back 2 to 3 times and then let go of it. For High Jump it is a lot easier you scissor kick the jump but you have to try not hit it down. For long jump you jump then lean forward and then you will go further then leaning back.
